Salary: £20,000 - £23,000

37.5 hours Fixed term 12 month contract

Burton Albion Community Trust (BACT) is the independent charitable arm of Burton Albion FC and is looking to further develop and grow our youth engagement projects across East Staffordshire.

This will involve an element of sports delivery and educational workshops alongside promoting the project in the local community, coordinating staffing and development of the programme, overseeing and developing the data collection and review process and supporting the Community Engagement Manager in reporting to key partners and funders.

The post holder will be responsible for leading a dedicated team of employed and casual staff and supporting the wider BACT team to deliver a number of programmes across East Staffordshire including coordination of our diversionary programmes and targeted youth engagement projects.

This position requires flexibility as the role may require occasional evening and weekend work.
