The Small Projects Fund is a small grants scheme offered by the Lichfield District Safer Community Partnership with funding from the Office of the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner. We are looking to fund small scale projects which help support the delivery of our community safety priorities. Projects should promote community involvement, develop stronger communities and demonstrate a problem solving approach to reducing crime and disorder and the fear of crime.

Small grants of £2,000 to £10,000 for one year. (Successful applicants can reapply for a further two years. No further applications can be made after the completion of a third grant.)

Major grants of £10,000 to £100,000 for one year or for a maximum of 3 years, not to exceed £100,000 in total over this period. (No further applications can be made for two years after the completion of the grant.)

Sylvia Waddilove Foundation UK - COVID-19 Emergency Fund

Grants are available for small to medium sized not-for-profit organisations in the UK who are struggling to manage the financial impact of COVID-19 either because of increased demand for their services or from loss of income.

Paul Hamlyn Foundation - Arts Access and Participation Fund

Grants of between £30,000 and £400,000 for activity lasting between 12 months and 4 years with an option to extend for a further period. Most grants are in the £60,000 to £250,000 range.

Pre-application access support and a bursary of up to £500 is available to help groups apply.

New £200k fund for community groups launches

Dozens of groups and organisations working with vulnerable communities in Staffordshire are set to benefit from a new county council fund launched today (Monday 12 October 2020).

The £200k #DoingOurBit Community Grants Scheme is now open for applications from groups who work with and support vulnerable communities, particularly older residents and families.
