Support Staffordshire is a nationally quality accredited volunteer centre service through the National Council for Voluntary Organisations (NCVO). Our service exisits to promote and develop volunteering in and around your local area.
Our core aims are to:
- Raise awareness of the benefits of volunteering for individual volunteers and the local community as a whole
- Recruit volunteers and help them to find volunteering opportunities which are best suited to their needs
- Promote best practice in volunteer management through training, development and support to Volunteer Involving Organisations.
We offer a free, friendly and confidential face to face, telephone and online service - helping people to find opportunities that suit their lifestyle and interests.
