In Memoriam Recognition

We’d also like to recognise those who are sadly no longer with us but who live on in our hearts through the legacy of their fantastic work in the community. 

In Memoriam recognition requests should be emailed directly to awards@supportstaffordshire.org.uk and details should include:

• The name of the person you would like to recognise
• The date they passed away
• The district in which they lived/volunteered
• A description of the individual and their achievements (between 200 and 500 words) 
• Where possible provide a few images (by providing the images you are giving us permission to use them on our website and during the event)

These heavenly heroes will be featured in our ‘In Memoriam’ montage during the event as well as being featured on our website.
