Training - Changes to Cancellation Policy

We are really proud of the extensive learning opportunities we deliver across Staffordshire for those working in the VCSE sector.  We  limit the number of spaces on each course to make sure all learners have the best possible expereince, this means that often courses get booked up really quickly.  It is disappointing therefore when people don't turn up for their training and don't let us know in advance.  As a result of this we have changed our cacellation policy.
