Support Staffordshire are holding a free 2 day workshop on 22nd and 23rd September at the Curborough Community Centre in Lichfield, for organisations who are potentially working with, or would like to work with, ex-offenders as volunteers.

The Dove Service has announced the following training sessions available for carers:-
Coping with Change - 26 August, 1-3pm at Unit 22 at The Dudson Centre, Hope St, Hanley
This course helps carers look at potential changes they may face when caring for someone. It will explore change; reflecting on how we cope with change, considering what potential changes we face and how they may impact on our caring role.
Staffordshire Moorlands Work Club members enhanced their work skills earlier this year by taking part in RTITB Fork Lift Truck Licence and Warehouse & Storage Level 2 training delivered by Buxton and Leek College at their Harper Hill Unit in Buxton.
A free Volunteering in the Arts Toolkit Training workshop will be run on 16th September 2015, from 1-3pm at the Tamworth Assembly Rooms.
Aimed at small to medium amateur arts and crafts groups it will give the necessary skills and experience to recruit, retain and support volunteers, whilst introducing them to the work of Voluntary Arts & Tamworth Volunteer Centre.
This event is held in conjunction with Tamworth Borough Council, Arts Council England, Heritage Lottery Fund, Tamworth Arts and Events, and the Tamworth Assembly Rooms.
Support4Tamworth are holding a free Social Media for Business workshop on Tuesday 15 September at 9.30am at the Fire Station Training Suite, Marlborough Way, Belgrave, Tamworth, B77 2LF.
