THE RIGHT START: Income Generation and Funding

This session is aimed at those new to the world of funding or those who need a fresher.

Description:

As the voluntary sector continues to face the hardship of funding cuts it’s becoming increasingly necessary for community groups and organisations to generate and manage income from a number of sources. This session will help you identify ways to maximise your opportunities to generate additional income for your organisation and will include:

  • Basic overview of funding bids and terminology used

To access this session for free you must be a member of Support Staffordshire or Staffordshire Council of Voluntary Youth Services (SCVYS). We reserve the right to charge you for your ticket if you are not a member.

**Members failure to attend without prior cancellation will result in you being charged the standard half day member rate of £45**

Support Staffordshire are pleased to welcome Juniper Training as a new tennant on the ground floor of Bank House in Leek.

For over 30 years, Juniper Training has been supporting young people to move forwards with their lives and progress into an apprenticeship,employment or further learning. Juniper’s free training courses are delivered from 13 sites across the country, including our newly opened centre in Leek.
