Tender - Male Hub in Newcastle

We know that in England 1 in 8 men have a common mental health problem and men are 3 times more likely to commit suicide that women.

The Newcastle Partnership would like to commission an experienced specialist third sector partner to pilot a male hub, comprising drop-ins along with group work to offer support and signposting. Further details are attached.

The pilot project will be expected to commence in January 2020 for 6 months and the available budget is up to £15,000.

Harness Coaching - Freedom to change

Harness Coaching CIC was set up earlier this year by Lizz Fields-Pattinson and Steph Gaunt, to offer coaching sessions to people of all ages who are looking for support to change their lives for the better. This may be through conventional Cognitive Behavioural and Solution Focused Coaching face to face or Equine Facilitated Sessions both 121 and in small groups. Sessions are all bespoke to the clients’ needs.
