PA/Head Office Administrator - ASIST

We currently have a maternity vacancy for a PA/Head Office Administrator; this is temporary for an 8 month period (September 2019 – April 2020 inclusive).

The role is 37 hours per week Monday to Friday (this includes some out of office hours for Executive meetings).

Salary is £18,144 p/a.

Officer Administrator

Initially 20 hours per week (progressing to full time)

£16,380 per annum pro rata

Aiming High Activities Relief Support Worker

CAFS currently has a vacancy for an Aiming High Activities Relief Support Worker.

CAFS Aiming High team organise and deliver activities at various venues in Stoke on Trent for children and young people with disabilities and/or additional needs.  

The successful candidate will support the team in the organisation and delivery of high quality activities, providing a safe environment for the children to have fun. You will support the children to increase their social skills and help with personal care.

Aiming High Activities Relief Support Worker

CAFS currently has a vacancy for an Aiming High Activities Relief Support Worker.

CAFS Aiming High team organise and deliver activities at various venues in Stoke on Trent for children and young people with disabilities and/or additional needs.  You will support the team in providing these high quality community activities, enabling the  children to have a fun time.

Work will be on an 'as and when' basis in the afternoons, earlly evenings and weekends at various venues in Stoke on Trent.  Pay is £9.55 per hour

Parent Engagement Coordinator

CAFS currently has a vacancy for a Parent Engagement Co-ordinator for the Parents Together project.

Parents Together is a new project funded through the Big Lottery Community Fund. Parents Together will work to reduce intergenerational loneliness and promote good emotional wellbeing for families in Stoke on Trent.

This is a part time post - 20 hours per week, currently funded until 31 May 2021.  Salary:  £11,669.  Office is based in Birches Head, Stoke-on-Trent.

Volunteers Co-ordinator

CAFS currently has a vacancy for a Volunteer Co-ordinator for the Nurturing Families project funded by Children in Need.

Nurturing Families recruits, trains and supports volunteers to enable disadvantaged babies, children and young people to engage with learning opportunities, social activities and promote school readiness.

This is a part time post - 18 hours per week.  Current funding for this post expires on 30 June 2020.  Salary:  £11,145.  Office is based in Birches Head, Stoke-on-Trent.

Building Better Opportunities Admin Officer

If you have experience of general administration with good organisational skills and a high level of accuracy in dealing with paperwork, competent in general administration duties, and you would enjoy supporting a team dedicated to helping people enhance their employment prospects, then this could be the job for you.

You will need to have excellent communication skills, including confidence in telephone use, and be competent in using MS Outlook, Word and Excel. An understanding of the voluntary sector and employment support programmes would be an advantage.

Youth Support Coordinator

Burton Upon Trent

£17,500.00 per annum, 12 months fixed-term contract (possibility of extending contract determined by funding)

We currently have a vacancy for the post of a Youth Support Coordinator to be based in the Voluntary Services Centre at ESO. 

ESO specialises in working with young people with various disabilities and their families.  We have comprehensive experience in providing specialist and welfare-based support, interventions and guidance to young people.
