This workshop combines both practical learning workshops and interactive 'Art Therapy' sessions. It is designed to look at various aspects of diversity, and how this links to mental health.

Our aim is to help people to celebrate each individual's unique skills, talents, experiences and beliefs and how we can best use these to help and support each other on a daily basis.
