1-2-1 support is tailored to meet individual needs and support each “Learner” to achieve their goals.
Who should attend:
This course is aimed at those who are new to supporting or supervising staff or who would like to refresh their skills.
Effective support and supervision of staff involves using many skills. This course aims to equip new and existing line managers with all the tools they need. The course will cover the role of supervising, holding one to one meetings including appraisals, how to listen well to staff and provide feedback, how to motivate and dealing with poor performance.
The Stoke-On-Trent Jobs Fair is back at the Best Western Plus Hotel on Friday 27th September 2019. From 10am – 1pm candidates can meet recruiting companies face-to-face to discuss any exciting job opportunities that are available.
If you are an organisation delivering bespoke training which falls outside of the regulated qualifications market you may be interested in having your training quality endorsed by an awarding body with a ‘mark of trust’.
