Employment Support

Your staff are your most valuable asset

Join our FREE support programme & improve your employees mental, physical health & wellbeing

Covid-19 has taken its toll on many people - 1 in 3 employees now experience mental and physical health issues, which has led to increased sickness absence, stress, staff turnover, and business disruption, and higher running costs.

The good news is the Thrive at Work programme offers a positive pathway, a practical framework and effective techniques to increase staff motivation, productivity and wellbeing.

The Kickstart Scheme provides funding to employers to create job placements for 16 to 24 year olds.

Annual leave and furlough guidance from NCVO

NCVO's Knowhow team has brought together a range of information on protecting and supporting the people working in your charity or voluntary organisation, and those who use your services, during the coronavirus outbreak.

Don't forget the Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme ends in October 2020.
