Talent Match Welcomes New Employment Coaches

To better support young people who are furthest away from the job market, Talent Match has employed 3 brand new employment coaches.

Their coaches will be working on a more intense one to one basis with young people; offering an array of support opportunities to progress them on their journey to sustainable employment.

Through their “test & learn” approach they discovered that some young people need extra support in addition to their fabulous volunteer mentors.
