Let's Work Together - Spotting the Signs of Domestic Abuse

Domestic abuse is so broad ranging that recognising the signs can be challenging.   However, if you do feel that someone may be a victim of abuse, asking the question and opening a can of worms that you feel unsure about dealing with can also be very difficult.

This session will hopefully answer the question of why people find it so difficult to seek help, and to leave a relationship that is so damaging.   It will also help to consider what signs you may spot when visiting someone and how you might sensitively raise the question of whether they need help.
