Lichfield Community Lottery - Be a part of the good cause launch!

Lichfield District Council is excited to be launching Lichfield Community Lottery in the spring, to raise money for good causes across the district and to give players a chance to win a £25,000 jackpot plus smaller prizes.

To get the ball rolling, the council is inviting local clubs, charities and voluntary organisations to a virtual Good Cause Launch on Monday 18 January 2021 from 5pm to 6pm.

The event, held over Zoom, will be an opportunity to find out more about how your cause could benefit from getting involved and how to sign up.

Sad News

Letter From Roger Savage, Secretary, Adbaston Community Concert Society.

It is with great sadness that I write to you today on behalf of the Chairman and Committee to let you know that our President, Audrey Newsome, died earlier this week at the age of 91.

It was Audrey, with her friend Jenny Muddimer, who had the idea of running concerts in Adbaston church for the local community.
