Make Some Noise is excited to offer two new roles working alongside our experienced Programme Development Officers to provide project support on a range of inclusive music making programmes, to enable children and young people to develop their personal resilience and thrive as a result of engaging in empowering music opportunities.  Predominantly working with organisations across Staffordshire & Stoke on Trent, we are interested in challenging perceptions and offering new ways to move lives beyond disadvantage through music.

Programmes Assistant (job reference PA01/19)

Salary: £15,796 – £18,278 pro rata (depending on skills and experience)

Contract between 12 - 18 hours per week.  Flexible hours reflecting project needs.

Fixed term contract for 12 months, subject to funding.

Office Base:  Central Stafford

There will be a focus on progression pathways and youth-led projects to enable and empower participants e.g. looked after children, emerging young musicians and young people at risk of marginalisation.

 

Programmes Assistant (job reference PA02/19)

Salary: £15,796 – £18,278 pro rata (depending on skills and experience)

Contract between 15 - 20 hours per week.  Flexible hours reflecting project needs.

Fixed term contract for 12 months, subject to funding.

Office Base:  Central Stafford

There will be a focus on social action, volunteering and enabling marginalised groups e.g. families and school communities.

 

Closing date:  12 noon Wednesday 15 May 2019
