Support Staffordshire can be contacted by phone on 0300 777 1207 or via firstname.lastname@example.org, where someone will answer or call you back, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 4pm, every working day of the year, except bank and public holidays.
We offer all members a free urgent telephone support service through this telephone number to ensure that you can support quickly when something very urgent crops up. This might be a HR or Health and Safety matter, an unexpected funding or financial issue, a legal or other regulatory concern, or just the need for five minutes advice on what to do next about something that is causing you concern or worry. Our Administrators will do their best to help you or arrange for a Locality Officer to call you back the same day.
You can also use the 0300 number or email to book a meeting with your Locality Officer and if you’ve not already used it, this meeting can be included in your members’ 3 hours free support. The Locality Officer will explain any further charges at the outset so don’t worry.
Last but not least the number or email can be used to book onto training, workshops or peer-support networks; to find out more about our Locality Forums; to find out more about our factsheets, templates or other free web-based content; and to access our other paid for services such as room hire, DBS checks, administrative services, financial services, marketing services; or whatever else you are looking for!

Our phone, email and social media channels will usually provide an introduction, quick fix or signposting route to our wider support services. As a charity we have to be mindful of spending our resources efficiently and as wisely as possible. At busy times and for more complex support queries we may ask callers or email correspondents to book in for a planned session at a later date, once any urgent support has been provided.
