Initially 20 hours per week (progressing to full time)

£16,380 per annum pro rata

Middleport Matters Community Trust is a community business that aims to restore Middleport, Stoke-on-Trent, as a safe, welcoming and thriving place for everyone. We are looking for a hard-working, organised and self-motivated individual who must also have excellent communication and people skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for the reception area of our new hub, carry out administration duties and help Middleport Matters to develop.

This role requires the ability to communicate with residents as well as potential partners and stakeholders. You will need to be social media competent with the ability to run the day-to-day administration, as well as assisting in other activities. Experience in a similar role is essential

and that of a community based service would be advantageous. This is a new and challenging position requiring a good degree of flexibility as it develops and expands.
