Staffordshire Mental Health Helpline Open During Christmas & New Year
Thu 7 Dec 2017
The Staffordshire Mental Health Helpline is open evening and weekends 365 days a year, including the Christmas and New Year period, to provide support during what can be a difficult time for many.
The Staffordshire Mental Health Helpline offers support to people who have concerns about their mental health or that of someone they know. It is free to contact the Helpline from landlines, call boxes and mobile networks, and there is no set limit to the call duration.
The Helpline service is a listening service where people can talk through their concerns safely and confidentially, exploring the options available, and offering emotional support where needed. The service can also offer guidance about where to find other locally based support services through the Staffordshire Mental Health Directory.
