Relate in Shropshire and North Staffordshire are looking to fill Administrative vacancies in two office locations – Hanley and Shrewsbury.

The roles will support all centre operations encompassing administrative tasks as well as answering the phone and booking appointments and providing reception cover for client appointments.

  • Hanley based contracts – one, Appointment Co-ordinator @ 20 hours/week (£15,470 p.a.) and two, Appointment Administrators @ 15 hours/week (£13,104 p.a.)
  • Shrewsbury based contracts – three, Administrative Assistants: one, 25 hours/week and two (£14,560 p.a.), 12 hours/week contracts (£14,560 p.a.)

All salaries above are pro rata. 

Appointments are fixed term contracts for twelve months and a DBS check is required for these posts.

The closing date for applications is 21 of April at 4pm.

Interviews will be held on:  Tuesday, 4 of May in Shrewsbury and Friday, 6 of May in Hanley.
