Recommissioning of Healthwatch Services in Staffordshire

Thu 20 Jul 2017

Staffordshire County Council is recommissioning it’s local Healthwatch service with effect from 1 April 2018. To support this we are exploring ideas for how Healthwatch Staffordshire could be delivered in the future to ensure it meets the needs of local people and influences the future of health and care services.

Healthwatch is an independent consumer champion for people who use health and social care services. Its job is to ensure that local voices are heard and that people’s views and experiences are used to improve existing services and to help shape future services. As such, it’s really important that members of the public, patients and service users have a say about the future of this service.

We have developed a questionnaire to capture people’s opinions and would be grateful if you could promote this consultation by sharing this with your contacts, and/or using any channels that you may have to help us reach this audience. To find out more please click on the link below.

Please click here to complete the Public survey

A paper version is also available to download and print from the website.

The closing date for all completed surveys will be 20th August 2017.  Please do encourage people to take part and tell us what they think.
