Music & Comedy night comes to Pirelli Stadium

YMCA Burton and Burton Albion Community trust are delighted to host a fabulous night of music and comedy with comedienne Sheila McMahon. The evening will take place on the 2nd October at Pirelli Stadium and will be raising money for 2 local charities, YMCA Burton & Burton Albion Community Trust. Sheila is a regular performer at the Lichfield Garrick with sell out shows combining comedy with mental health. A comedienne, qualified counsellor and signer songwriter, she has appeared on TV and performed at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. She believes no matter what age you are, you have the potential to feel fantastic about yourself and to live an amazing life.

YMCA Burton provide vital support services for those at risk of homelessness or rough sleeping plus a range of other services including foodbank, mediation & counselling and a winter night shelter. Burton Albion Community Trust provide a wide range of activities for everyone to get involved. From sport activities to education, employability skills to health development, they are working in the heart of our communities providing inclusive opportunities for everyone to get involved.

It is also a fantastic opportunity to work with Burton Albion Community Trust again as both charities have a particular focus on mental health and well-being as part of our core work”
