Support Staffordshire and Moorlands Radio have joined forces to promote volunteering opportunities available in the Staffordshire Moorlands. Every Thursday morning there will be local charities and support groups promoting their volunteering opportunities on the Dave Fuller Show just after 10am.

There are over 100 volunteering opportunities available in the Staffordshire Moorlands from Wildlife Conservation, Newspaper Recorder or Narrow Boat Crew, to Youth Worker, Café Assistant and Administrator… there is something to suite everyone.

Ryn Bentham from Support Dave Fuller Moorlands Radio DJ and Kathryn Bentham Locality Officer Support StaffordshireStaffordshire said “volunteering is a brilliant way to meet new people and make new friends, it can help you to gain skills in order to find employment or give you a great opportunity to try something different”.

If you are either looking to volunteer or you are involved in a local organisation and would like to promote your volunteering opportunities please do not hesitate to contact Ryn at Support Staffordshire on 01538 398240.
