Improved Facilities at the Moat

The Albrighton Trust are delighted to announce their new, improved and extended accessible fishing platforms. Over the past few months the Trust has replaced its platforms and carried out vital maintenance work to its Moat which will ensure sustainable accessible fishing facilities at the Moat for many years to come.

You may not be aware the Albrighton Trust offers many more activities besides Angling and Horticultural training and therapy; there are woodcraft, creative crafts and conservation and wildlife sessions run throughout the year. If your group is interested in making bug hotels, bird boxes, willow work, wind catchers; or exploring our stream and natural world for wildlife, please give us a call to find out more, or take a look at our website. We have staff who are Forest Schools and John Muir leaders who can provide fun outdoor activities for children and adults as they learn about the natural world. 

Coming up very soon:-

29 May - 10am & 1pm - Woodcraft – Make a Bird Box 

30 May - 10am & 1pm - Wild About Nature – fun outdoor activities that helps to promote interest and excitement about the natural world 

31 May - 10am &1pm - Coached Angling Sessions – Ideal for the novice or inexperienced angler, all instruction and equipment provided. 

All session are £5 per person
