Here to Help - Salus

Wed 25 Mar 2020

The online Wellbeing Hub www.salus.org.uk has over 100 videos and Factsheets which we know will be incredibly beneficial to people who need to support their own health from the comfort of their own homes or places of work. If elderly and young alike are having to work from home or self-isolate our Hub can help build resilience in mental and physical health.

The Hub encourages people to take responsibility for their own health with video and fact sheet input from our experienced team of Health Practitioners- qualified nutritionists, psychiatrists, hypnotherapists, massage therapists and movement practitioners.

The Salus Team have now developed over 10 years’ experience in supporting those with ill health and fatigue related conditions and we truly believe that we can support people with their physical and mental wellness to take better care of themselves.

The cost of £10 will give you unlimited access to all of the videos and factsheets as well as help us to continue the work we do to support others. If people like it they can continue to receive it for £10 a month thus furthering the work we can do to benefit others. We will be adding new content along the way. Access it via www.salus.org.uk

Join the Facebook community with additional support group here.  Anyone is welcome to join.
