Support if you or a friend has been bereaved: somewhere to turn when someone has died
We can provide a confidential listening ear, reassurance, advice and support to anyone who has been bereaved in the Cannock, Lichfield, Tamworth and Rugeley areas. To access this support, just call 01543 433479 and leave a message. Please note that this number is a voicemail only. Make sure you provide your name, address and phone number. An experienced volunteer will call you back, normally within 36 hours, to start the process of helping you.
This free confidential service is provided by a trained, dedicated group of bereavement volunteers, via telephone and sometimes video call. Your support would comprise 6 to 8 phone sessions of 40 to 60 minutes at a time agreed with your bereavement volunteer.
