Salary: £9.50 per hour
Hours – 37 hours per week on a temporary contract, ending 30th June 2022 (3 month probationary period initially)
Location – East Staffordshire (Burton and Uttoxeter)

Do you have experience of working with health barriers that prevent participants from achieving their goals to gain employment or access training?
We are keen to recruit a Project Coordinator to manage and promote this project within the East Staffordshire area to prospective participants who could benefit from this project. The role requires a strong desire to support and empower participants to achieve their personal goals, build confidence and improve wellbeing. Networking and promotion is a key aspect of the role through building and maintaining working partner relationships with local agencies and partner groups to help support our participants.
You would be expected to possess good IT skills and excellent communication and organisational skills for record keeping. You will need to be confident, self-motivated to actively network with a variety of people and agencies. You must be reliable, creative and empathic, with a flexible attitude to working within our dedicated team. Previous experience of mental health facilitation and support work would be a great advantage. The project provides participant focused one to one support, and would also involve developing wellness planning with participants and helping them to draw on their individual strengths using a range of internal and external resources.
