This is an exciting opportunity to join our Team initially for a 12-month, full-time, pilot study to help build an evidence base.
This project will help inform and shape our future services, therefore the successful applicant will play a pivotal role in providing, supporting, and critically evaluating the work throughout this pilot period.
Previous experience in developing and evaluating a pilot study is desirable though not essential. We are a progressive, person-centred employer and offer a good work-life balance and competitive holidays. Training will be provided.
Advocate – Multi-Skilled 35 hours per week
Salary Band: £21,850 – £ 24,769 per annum
Based in Staffordshire.
Applicants should have experience of working with people with social care and health needs and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
All staff are expected to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
