‘Tamworth Listens’ Event: 18 November 2015

Every year Tamworth Borough Council holds a number of ‘Tamworth Listens’ initiatives which help them to obtain the views of Tamworth residents, businesses, and the voluntary and community sector.

This year they will be holding a Question Time panel event on Wednesday 18th November. This will take place at Tamworth Assembly Rooms in Corporation Street, Tamworth and will start at 7.30pm (doors will open at 7pm).

The event will focus on three themes;

  • Healthier Communities
  • Safer Communities
  • Regeneration & Growth

The panel will comprise of the Leader of Tamworth Borough Council, Councillor Daniel Cook, the Police and Crime Commissioner for Staffordshire, Matthew Ellis, Staffordshire County Council Councillor, Ben Adams, and Chair of the NHS South East Staffs & Seisdon Peninsula Clinical Commissioning Group, Dr John James.

Your views are very important to the council and they hope that this event will provide a way to get your views, while also getting a healthy debate going.

The panel will be taking questions submitted in advance of the event and also answering those asked on the night. If you would like to submit a question please forward it to tamworthlistens@tamworth.gov.uk
