Make Some Noise is excited to offer a new role to enable children and young people to develop their personal resilience and thrive as a result of engaging in empowering music opportunities.

Make Some Noise is highly regarded for its work with children, young people and families, regularly contributes to strategic development on a local and regional scale.  Predominantly working with organisations across Staffordshire & Stoke on Trent, we are interested in challenging perceptions and offering new ways to move lives beyond disadvantage through music.

Job title: Project Coordinator (job reference PC02/19)

Salary: £15,796 – £18,278 pro rata (depending on skills and experience)

Contract Between 15 - 20 hours per week. Flexible hours reflecting project needs.

Fixed term contract for 12 months, subject to funding.

Office Base:  Central Stafford 
You will work alongside the Programme Development Officer to provide project coordination support on a range of inclusive music-making programmes. 
There will be a focus on social action/volunteering and marginalised groups e.g. families and school communities.

You will also deliver / co-deliver sessions that develop personal, social and musical skills of children and young people who are dealing with challenging circumstances and have additional needs, ranging from one to one / small and large groups.
