Community Development and End of Life Care Conference

This conference is FREE to attend and is open to everyone, funded by NHS England.

OVERVIEW

We all need to be comfortable around talking about dying. As community workers of all varieties – librarians, support workers, befrienders, housing officers, vicars – whatever role you undertake, you may have conversations with people around death, end of life care and future plans.   You may want to do this with more confidence and support people through this, knowing the right things to say.
