The Stafford Landlord Forum

An opportunity has become available where you can promote your organisation/service at Stafford Borough Council’s Landlord Forum.

Landlords and Letting Agents will be present at this event that come into contact with vulnerable people who require support from the community.  These people may be classed as vulnerable due to age, work/family status and/or medical conditions e.g. disability, mental health etc.

There will be approximately 50 landlords/letting agencies present.

Marcus Warnes appointed as single Accountable Officer for Staffordshire CCGs

Staffordshire CCGS are pleased to announce that Marcus Warnes has been appointed as the single Accountable Officer for the CCGs across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent.

As the current Accountable Officer for NHS North Staffordshire CCG and NHS Stoke-on-Trent CCG, Marcus will be stepping into the new role from the 1 November 2017 for five out of the six CCGs. He will be supported by Tony Bruce who will remain as Accountable Officer for East Staffordshire CCG until he leaves in March 2018. Marcus will then take on the role for East Staffordshire CCG.

Together We’re Better is the partnership transforming health and social care for the citizens of Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent. All health organisations, both commissioners and providers, are members along with Staffordshire County Council and Stoke-on-Trent City Council. It is one of 44 sustainability and transformation partnerships (STP) across England.

NHS Improvement is responsible for recruiting the Chair and on the 20 October announced a substantive appointment.

Our stunning rural county boasts 4,500km of public footpaths and bridleways, enjoyed by thousands of people every year. Staffordshire County Council is responsible for working with landowners and others to keep these public rights of way open, safe and appealing for people to use and enjoy.
