Stafford Funding Fair

This Funding Fair is an opportunity to meet with funders, consider a range of funding you may not have previously considered, gain an insight into a funder’s way of thinking and discuss your group or organisation’s funding needs.

The event is FREE to any charity or voluntary/community group operating in Staffordshire.

Refreshments will be provided.

Spaces are limited to two per organisation. If you require more, please contact matthew@staffscvys.org.uk to see if this is possible.

South Staffordshire Volunteers Fair

South Staffordshire College in collaboration with Support Staffordshire are looking to work with charities who are seeking volunteers.  We want to provide our learners with opportunities to develop employability skills on real life projects.

If you have an exciting project or opportunity come along to our volunteers fair to meet some willing volunteers.

£100,000 of National Lottery funding up for grabs to celebrate community spirit in the West Midlands

Following the huge success of the first Mayor’s Community Weekend last year, communities across the West Midlands are being given double the cash to host celebrations this summer. This is thanks to a partnership between the West Midlands Combined Authority and The National Lottery Community Fund, the largest funder of community activity in the UK.

Training - Changes to Cancellation Policy

We are really proud of the extensive learning opportunities we deliver across Staffordshire for those working in the VCSE sector.  We  limit the number of spaces on each course to make sure all learners have the best possible expereince, this means that often courses get booked up really quickly.  It is disappointing therefore when people don't turn up for their training and don't let us know in advance.  As a result of this we have changed our cacellation policy.
