This topic is relevant to everyone as all organisations need to ensure equality of opportunity as well as embrace a diverse and ever changing world.  This course looks at what the law says and examines how it is applied practically.  It also examines discrimination and ensures services are accessible to all.

Who should attend:

This FREE workshop aims to equip individuals with the tools, training and skills they need to provide the 'eyes and ears' for partner organisations.

It offers a wide range of support and signposting to local people to help them live healthy, safe and independent lives.

Healthwatch Staffordshire - Care Navigation survey

The Primary Care Team at the CCG have commissioned Healthwatch Staffordshire to conduct a patient engagement survey on Active Signposting (also known as ‘Care Navigation’) across South and East Staffordshire.  Active Signposting can have a valuable impact in helping patients/carers see the most appropriate professional or service first time.  We recognise all of the hardwork of Receptionists across the area to help patients and carers.

Invitation to Tender: Messaging Campaign

We are seeking a marketing partner who will work with us over time to generate a series of key messages and help us to deliver them to the audiences we want to influence; on the basis of those audiences being novices to our cause.

We are willing to invest a significant amount of time and cash resources (initially in the region of £5,000) for the right partner with the right ideas and a clear understanding of our business and marketing goals.
