Trent and Dove will be covering the common signs of disrepair in properties including Damp, Mould, Condensation and how they can be reported and also some tips and ticks on how to manage them.

South Staffs Water has a range of extra help services for their customers; one example is the Assure tariff, a new easy way for eligible customers to reduce their water charges by up to 80%.

Assure is a fairly  new scheme and they’ve helped over 8500 people obtain a discount on their water charges since it started, and over 20400 customers are receiving extra help/priority services.

This half day course is designed for anyone who comes into contact with adults who are potentially at risk. It will enable learners to understand what to look for and how to safeguard adults from harm.
