Let's Work Together: Medicines—How you can help, Dementia Friends and Carers Hub

Let’s Work Together aims to bring all agencies together to help people live healthy, safe and independent lives by giving the tools, training and skills to become the “eyes and ears” for partner organisations, identifying risks or referring to services. It offers a wide range of support and signposting to local people to help them live healthy, safe and independent lives.

Safe Management of Medicines  Many people take lots of different medicines to help treat their medical conditions.  It is important that they take them in the way they were intended and this session is aimed at helping you spot when there are issues with medicines and where to get help and advice about health and medicine related questions.

Dementia Friends  Information Sessions are run by volunteer Dementia Friends Champions, who are trained and supported by Alzheimer’s Society. Each Information Session lasts around one hour. You will learn more about dementia and how you can help to create dementia friendly communities.

Carers Hub  Andy will be giving a presentation on the services The Carers Hub offer and how to access them.
