Challenging and Appealing Benefit Decisions - Tribunals - bite size

Tue 21st February, 2pm-3.30pm

What can you do if you disagree with a benefit decision?  This course looks at the options for claimants and their advisers faced with a decision they wish to change or challenge focussing on the Tribunal stage.

This course is for people who have completed the Challenging & appealing decisions - Mandatory Reconsiderations - bite size course or who already have a working knowledge of Mandatory Reconsiderations.

We also offer a 3 hour Challenging & appealing decisions course which covers the material in both of the bite size sessions.

“As Sarah has attended tribunals I found her experience useful” “I have a good understanding from the session today of how the appeal process works at tribunals and assisting clients about the process”
