Development Officer (Community Mental Health Transformation)

22.5 hours a week – £24,000 pro rata

Location flexible within Staffordshire, with partial homeworking option

Are you an experienced advisor, with voluntary sector experience and a commitment to engagement and quality? Do you want to work for an award winning community organisation?

We are seeking a Development Officer to join our team with a focus on the emerging transformation of Community Mental Health Services and Support, where the VCSE sector will have an increasingly important role.

You will need to have a good understanding of the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise Sector, and ideally some knowledge of the NHS/Mental Health Services, with experience in organisational development work; Be skilled in collaboration and networking; Excellent communication and IT skills are also a must.
