There are three local Forums - Cheadle, Leek and Biddulph - who meet bi-monthly to discuss the local arts scene, welcome new members and allocate grants to both groups and individuals. There is also an annual celebration event where all three forums showcase their members’ work.
“Art” includes arts includes:
- literature – poetry, prose and drama,
- performing arts – music, dance, and theatre;
- visual arts – drawing, painting, photography, ceramics, sculpting, and architecture
If you are an arts group or individual artist and are interested in finding out more, check out the Moorlands Arts Website or get in touch with Debbie Rushworth (Locality Officer) on 01538 381356 or at firstname.lastname@example.org for further information.
