Salary: £ 24, 000 - £28,000 per annum dependent on experience     

Hours: 37 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

Location: Based at the Stafford Office. Currently homeworking.

We are looking for a Casework Manager to play a key role managing the day to day delivery of contracted advice services. If you have management experience, are passionate about supporting and developing a team of paid staff and are interested in joining a dedicated, professional team we would love to hear from you.

You will:

  • Have the ability to commit to and work within the aims, principles and policies of the  Citizens Advice service
  • Have experience in managing paid staff and support them with their personal development
  • A good understanding of the need to monitor and evaluate the performance of staff against service delivery outputs
  • The ability to manage the practicalities of delivering specialist advice across all offices and be able to deliver specialist debt advice as required
  • Be highly motivated with good people skills
  • Have a positive and adaptable approach to a changing environment
  • Have the ability to plan and organise your work
  • Have good technical skills
